Delegates to the Fall 2025 Métis Nation Legislative Assembly passed a resolution to amend the Constitution and begin the process of creating Métis-distinct systems for dispute resolution. Any proposed change to the Constitution of the Métis Nation–Saskatchewan requires a vote of no less than 75% of the attending delegates.
