Policy Implementation 

The following tools support implementation of Section 7.0 of the MN-S Privacy Policy and help improve website functionality, performance, security, and user experience:

1. Use of Data: MN-S uses limited website and digital service data collected through the methods described above in accordance with the MN-S Privacy Policy, including Section 7.0, Website and Cookies. This data helps MN-S understand how people access and interact with online information so we can improve accessibility, content, navigation, performance, security, and the overall user experience. Wherever possible, MN-S uses this information in aggregate or anonymous form. Any linking of anonymous technical information with personally identifiable information will only occur in the circumstances permitted under Section 7.3 of the MN-S Privacy Policy.
   
   
2. Microsoft Clarity:  MN-S uses Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay tools. Sensitive information is not intentionally collected and is masked where applicable. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization and fraud/security purposes.
