Welcome to the Department of Infrastructure at Métis Nation–Saskatchewan. Our department is dedicated to the development, maintenance, and accessibility of high-quality infrastructure that serves the unique needs of our Métis community. We prioritize creating spaces that reflect our cultural values and support the growth and well-being of our citizens. Through careful planning, innovative design, and strategic partnerships, we ensure that our facilities are not only functional but also environmentally sustainable, fostering a healthy and resilient future for our community. We manage grants and Calls for Proposals to assist Métis communities and entities with the development and maintenance of existing infrastructure, promoting sustainable growth. Additionally, we provide spaces for rent to our communities, offering welcoming environments for gatherings, events, and essential services. We are also committed to supporting local businesses and contractors through ongoing Request for Proposals and vendor opportunities. By engaging with skilled professionals and fostering partnerships, we work together to build and enhance our Métis Nation.
