MN–S Rental Housing

MN–S is creating opportunities for individuals and families to access safe, affordable homes rooted in community.

MN-S currently operates rental housing in the following communities:

• La Ronge
• Meadow Lake
• Yorkton
• La Loche

New rental opportunities exist in 5 northern communities as the tiny, affordable homes come online this summer. They are in:

•    Bear Creek
•    Black Point
•    Michel Village
•    Turnor Lake
•    St. George’s Hill

You must complete and submit the forms listed below. The application process for all MN–S rental properties is always open. If you are on the waiting list, you will be contacted as vacancies become available. 

*Only completed applications will be processed. Please ensure you have completed the entire application and submitted the required documents.*
