Welcome to the Department of Youth at Métis Nation–Saskatchewan. Our department is dedicated to supporting and empowering Métis youth across Saskatchewan. Through engaging educational programs, skill-building workshops, retreats, and other diverse opportunities, we aim to support our youth to explore their Métis heritage, build meaningful connections, and become vibrant leaders. MN–S believes in the power of our youth to shape an impactful future for our communities. Join us as we build up our youth to contribute to the progress of Our Métis Nation!
Provincial Métis Youth Council
Métis youth play an important role in Métis Nation–Saskatchewan. They have unique perspectives and needs and bring valuable insight to decision-making. An elected Métis youth serves as the Minister of Youth and represents young Métis at the Provincial Métis Council table. Regional Youth Representatives form the MN–S Provincial Métis Youth Council work with the Minister of Youth to identify the priorities of young people living in the communities they serve.
