First Time Home Buyers Program

Métis Nation–Saskatchewan (MN–S) is proud to offer the First-Time Home Buyers’ (FTHB) Program to eligible Métis citizens. The FTHB Program assists eligible Métis citizens with a contribution of $15,000 toward the down payment of a new home. A further $2,500 is available to help cover closing costs.

The program is a one-time-only opportunity for citizens across Saskatchewan. This program was run previously by the SaskMétis Economic Development Corporation (SMEDCO). All new FTHB applications received will be administered by MN–S Housing and Homelessness under new Program Guidelines.
