Housing of all types is in demand throughout the province and the Métis Nation–Saskatchewan (MN–S) government is always looking for ways to alleviate the pressure on Métis families and youth.
As part of the MN–S Regional Housing Strategy (RHS) in Western Region III (WRIII), a new Expression of Interest (EOI) is being issued for residential construction companies and land developers drawn to the prospect of developing a student housing unit in Regina.
With a preferred location near the University and College campuses, the proposed development is for a minimum 8-unit building. It will be constructed using a design-build approach and with a suggested build to begin in spring 2026.
